With a down to earth and friendly, professional culture, they are seeking to appoint a like-minded team member with strong Customer service skills and Hydraulics knowledge to become a part of their supportive team.

Servicing local and national Clients in the Mining, Commercial, Trades and Industrial sectors you will be manage telephone sales inquiries, providing costings & quotes and converting them to sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers by offering a great customer service experience.

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be:
• Managing calls & emails from external customers
• Compiling pricing, quotations and creating purchase orders
• Checking customers’ credit status
• Data entering sales orders and order processing
• Computerised stock ordering and volume tracking
• Delivering high level customer support
• Maintain and update knowledge of existing and new product range
• Follow up on inquires & quotes to provide further information
• Aim to convert quotations into order/ service provision

Ideally, you will have:
• Solid experience in the Hydraulics sector
• Strong understanding of Technical products and services
• Customer service experience and ethic
• Stock management exposure
• Effective verbal and written communicate
• Computer literacy
• Ability to undertake process – beginning to end
