This well-known Company has experienced year upon year growth by continued expansion across it’s Client base and international operations! They are seeking to appoint a Customer Service oriented Administrator with a keenness to apply IT skills to this varied position in the Repairs/ Service Dept.

Every day will be DIFFERENT working with high dollar value clients!

Your duties will include;

SERVICE DESK
* Take Service enquiries and booking in service repairs
* Creating service/ repair quotations & logging jobs
* Responding to customer requests re: delivery times etc
* Preparing and submitting quotations & documentation
* Raising purchase orders
* Liaising with vendors
* Processing sales orders, shipping documents etc
IT & DIGITAL SUPPORT

* Network administration

* LAN networking and related IT duties

* Manage website & intranet

* Use of various CRM’s including SAP & Salesforce

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

* Solid Service Coordination/ Service Desk/ Digital experience
* Strong IT skills &/ or qualifications and strong computer skills
* Good communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* A proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
