Providing equipment and service solutions to various Clients, this well-respected Company has a newly created temporary to permanent position! Working within a supportive and friendly team in the Seven Hills office, you will enjoy the variety of this Service Administration position!
Your daily responsibilities will involve:
• Assist with preparing quotes and service agreements
• Job sheet processing to confirm invoice details
• Close off service quotes and all completed work to date
• Review Forward orders in the system
• Answering the overflow of phone calls
• Providing Administration assistance for Accounts & Purchasing
• Filing as required
You will need;
• Availability to start immediately ~ Mon – Fri (5 days), full time hours
• Solid Administration experience (Service Admin is a distinct advantage)
• Strong computer skills and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and work ethic
• Exp in CRM & ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferable)
