This rapidly growing Company provides exceptional service and solutions to manage its national Clients. Due to an increase in business, a newly created position is available for a dynamic and experienced Administrator/ Customer Service Specialist to join their busy team where each day will be different!!!
With all training provided, your previous experience will assist you with liaising with internal & external customers, quoting and assisting in resolutions to secure business.

Undertaking the process from start to finish, you will be:
• Sourcing information & prices to generate quotes
• Liaising with Technicians obtain service information & requirements
• Providing quotations to Corporate Customers
• Communicating information & requirements to customers
• Managing existing client accounts
• Manage high volume emails
• Following up with customers to provide additional information and resolve queries
• Converting quotes into Sales to meet (achievable!) targets

Ideally you will have:
• Previous experience in a similar role in a product &/ or service oriented environment
• Dynamic and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to multi-task and be organised
• Driven to secure business & close opportunities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer Literacy
• Exp in a high paced busy environment
