This exciting temp with view to permanent position offers a chance to work for a dynamic organisation in a renowned industry. This close to home role will need the right person to assist with the smooth running of administration duties and supporting Project Managers.

Every day will be different including:

• General administration duties

• Managing and uploading manual and computerized job folders

• Allocating invoices to specific jobs

• Liaising with Project Managers and providing great service

• Supporting internal and external staff

• Goods receipting on invoices

• Receiving and replying to emails

• Producing reports and processing paper work

• Data entry

To be successful for this position, you will possess:

• Solid administration experience in a similar role

• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

• Strong computer skills

• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail

• A “can-do” attitude and self-motivating enthusiasm
