Located in the Penrith area, you will be undertaking:

GENERAL ADMIN DUTIES

  • Roster/schedule setup & maintained for grass maintenance
  • Liaise with projects for contractor availability for roster
  • Phone answering  & incoming mail duties
  • Spreadsheet maintenance
  • Processing orders and updating customers
  • Ordering and monitoring stock for marketing material & stationary
  • General filing including completed projects, reports, stocktake etc into sharepoint

ACCOUNTS

  • Outstanding debtors followed up by phone
  • Processing debtor deposits for projects
  • Reconciling creditor invoices with Purchase orders
  • Entering Expenses & receipts
  • Processing Credit applications for debtors & creditors

INVENTORY/STOCK

  • Updating stock items
  • Inputting overseas supplier orders
  • Stock locations and incoming stock barcoding
  • Checking stock availability vs upcoming project stock

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous solid related experience
  • Intermediate computer skills including Sharepoint & Excel
  • Great phone manner
  • Flexible attitude
