With a down to earth and friendly, professional culture, they are seeking to appoint a like-minded team member with strong Customer service skills  to become a part of their supportive team.

Servicing local and national Clients in the Mining, Commercial, Trades and Industrial sectors, you will be manage telephone sales inquiries, providing costings & quotes, processing sales orders and billing. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and all related adminstration.

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be:

  • Managing calls & emails from external customers
  • Compiling pricing, quotations and creating purchase orders
  • Checking customers’ credit status
  • Processing sales orders
  • Computerised stock ordering and volume tracking
  • Maintain and update knowledge of existing and new product range
  • Follow up on inquires & quotes to provide further information
  • Data entering billing information and more

Ideally, you will have:

  • Solid experience in the Building, Construction &/ or DIY sector
  • Strong understanding of Technical products and services
  • Customer service experience and ethic
  • Stock management exposure
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Data Entry, Invoicing & Accounts knowledge
  • Strong Computer skills
