Your admin duties will involve;

• Processing orders & creating quotes

• Processing Sales Orders on SAP

• Producing invoices

• Booking in service repairs & delivery repairs

• Checking stock in the warehouse

• Admin duties for servicing of equipment

• Reception duties

• Database maintenance and data entry

• Spare parts monitoring

If you are an excellent communicator with a great attitude to work, have strong Word & Excel skills, solid Administration experience and are seeking a part time position and can work 1pm – 5pm – Fri then apply now! Great rates!
