Leaders in their fiend and experiencing rapid growth, they are looking for an experienced Customer Service/ Administration All-Rounder to join their team in a rewarding role where every day is different!!

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex customer orders – beginning to end!

Your responsibilities include:
•Compiling accurate quotes and customer liaison
•Generating sales orders, purchase orders and allocating items in the system
•Organising multiple deliveries
•Coordinating servicing and repair of equipment
•Processing shipping documentation
•Logistics Administration
•High level of Customer interaction throughout the entire process
•Creating national & overseas purchase orders
•Invoicing & currency exchanging for invoices
•Liaising with couriers, warehouse and internal staff
•Issuing invoices and MORE!!

To be successful for this position, you need:
•Strong attention to detail as well as a ‘big-picture’ focus
•Excellent computer skills
•A strong ability to multi-task and re-prioritise activities
•Highly organised and able to ensure the smooth running of all projects (from basic to complex!)
•Experience in a Technical Customer Service, Installations, Project, Logistics or similar role
•Logical/ analytical minded and a proactive approach to your day!
