As part of this dynamic, fast paced team, you will enjoy the variety of providing Admin support to this Buying team; import & export; customer & supplier liaison, document and stock management and more!

Working within a supportive team, you will be:
• Maintaining the entire end-to-end process from raising purchase orders and payment
• Communicating with all suppliers and customers
• Issuing and expediting purchase orders to ensure timely supply of goods
• Import & export administration support
• Monitoring of stock levels
• Creating and maintaining presentations, quotes & purchase orders
• Monitor ETA of orders & follow up
• Maintaining and managing all samples
• General administration support
• Daily email correspondence and MORE!!

Ideally, you will have;
• Experienced in an Administration &/ or Customer Service role
• Flexibility and ability to multitask
• Strong Excel skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn new things
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
