This exciting opportunity is open for an experienced Buying Administrator to support the Product Sourcing dept and communicate with suppliers in China.

As part of this dynamic, fast paced team, you will enjoy the variety of Buying Support; import & export; supplier liaison, and reporting – from start to finish!

Working within a supportive team, you will be:

* Maintaining the entire end-to-end process from raising purchase orders and payment
* Communicating with all suppliers, ensuring sufficient product supply
* Issuing and expediting purchase orders to ensure timely supply of goods (liaising with overseas suppliers)
* Import & export administration support
* Calculating buying/ selling margins
* Creating and maintaining presentations, quotes & purchase orders
* Monitor ETA of orders & follow up
* Maintaining and managing all samples
* General administration support
* Daily email correspondence and MORE!!

Ideally, you will have;

* Experienced in a Buying Administration role
* Understanding of procurement concepts and buying/selling margins (essential)
* Flexibility and ability to multitask
* Self-motivated with a “hands on” approach
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Understanding of import & exporting
* Strong administration/ Sales support experience
* Strong English & Mandarin speaker (desirable)
