This fantastic opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join and support the team to in the Electrical product category. You will undertake a variety of admin duties and every day will be different including:
• Providing administration support for Production
• Supporting the development of packaging & artwork including:-
– Drafting and signing up artwork
– Maintaining product specifications in the system
– Arranging photo shoots
• Managing and updating internal data systems
• Tracking and managing departure and arrival dates for all shipments
• Liaising with the order management team
• Raising supplier purchase orders & customer Proforma Invoices
• Liaising with customers and suppliers

Ideally, you will have:
• Experience with Electrical Products/ Category is a distinct advantage
• Previous experience with Product/ Packaging & or Photo Shoots
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Excel Skills
• A “Can-Do’ attitude
