This global sourcing & logistics Specialist supply established brands to numerous retail outlets with the support of a team of in-house designers to bring products to market.

They have a new and exciting opportunity for a product & task focused ADMIN GURU to build and develop your PRODUCT skills with their established Brands!

As an integral part of this close-knit team in a fun work culture, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining product specifications in the system
  • Setting up new product codes
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain product and packaging details
  • Organising supplier samples & sending them to customers
  • Organising & checking artwork & liaising with the Graphics team
  • Generating quotes for customers
  • Liaising with the Order Management Team
  • Monitoring orders – ensuring they are placed and followed through and much more!

 

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong Product/ Admin & Customer support &/ or Logistics Admin experience
  • Excellent accuracy and computer skills
  • Availability to work 9am – 5:30pm
  • A ‘CA-Do’ attitude
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
