This well-established, reputable international Company within the electrical equipment industry is a leader in their field with an outstanding reputation. They are seeking a customer focused person to deliver Administration and Customer Support for the office and their clients!

This rare permanent part time opportunity is perfect if you are looking for set hours and are able to work 9am – 1pm Monday to Friday, to fit in with your lifestyle!

You will enjoy the variety of this office based Administration role, working with a small and friendly team, involving;
• Processing orders & creating quotes
• Processing Sales Orders on SAP
• Producing invoices
• Booking in service repairs & delivery repairs
• Checking stock in the warehouse (occasional)
• Administration duties for servicing of equipment
• Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
• Database maintenance and data entry
• Spare parts monitoring

You will need to be an excellent communicator with:
• A great attitude to work
• Strong Word & Excel skills
• Experience with SAP is a distinct advantage
• Solid, similar Administration experience in a high volume capacity
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Availability to work the set hours of 9am – 1pm Monday to Friday (5 days)
