Due due an increase in business, they are seeking 2 dynamic and experienced Customer Service & Admin Specialists to join their busy team where each day will be different!!!  Your previous sales/customer service experience will see you liaising with internal & external customers, quoting & providing overall Sales Support.

Your duties will include:

• Providing high level customer service support & data entry
• Providing accurate and detailed technical & product information
• Compiling quotes for customers
• Updating customers on progress
• Interpreting basic plans
• Managing and building effective customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring services are delivered within time and costs
• Internal sales support
• Meeting personal KPI’s
• Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of products & services

Your skills & experience;

• Solid experience in Customer Service &/or Internal Sales
• Technical/ mathematically minded
• Great communication & people skills
• Experience in the Construction sector is a distinct advantage
• Strong computer & data entry skills
• Be able to absorb, retain and communicate a high level of product knowledge
• Excellent accuracy & attention to detail
