This leading Co. is a large, well-established wholesaler, servicing & supplying innovative products to various Clients in Aust & NZ. This rare and exciting opportunity exists to support a vibrant team and liaise with suppliers.

This exciting opportunity provides all the training you need to build on your existing experience and each day will be different!

Reporting to the Dept Manager, you will be:

  • Liaising with suppliers overseas
  • Following up on order progress
  • Raising purchase orders & pro-forma invoices
  • Processing orders & shipping documentation
  • Database maintenance
  • Providing general administration support
  • Providing administration support to existing Aust/ NZ customers

 

Your skills required for the role:

  • Strong attention to detail & Excel skills
  • Experience in Purchase orders & shipping documentation (highly regarded)
  • An upbeat & dynamic personality/ approach to work
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills
