This well-known, rapidly growing, National Company provides exceptional service and solutions to wide Client base. They are seeking 2 dynamic and experienced Customer oriented Account Managers to join their busy team!

These varied and busy roles are the liaison points between Technicians and Corporate/ Business Customers where you manage relationships with internal and external customers, undertake administration, provide quotes and fulfil requirements to secure business.

Each day will be different:

* Obtaining information and generating quotes
* Liaising with Technicians re: completed & prospective jobs
* Advising customers on work completed & work required
* Managing existing client accounts & provide product information
* Following up with customers after quotation to provide additional information & answer queries
* Meeting (achievable!) targets to secure the business

* Raising forms, database maintenance & reporting

 

Ideally you will have:

* Previous experience meeting KPI’s
* Dynamic and enthusiastic personality
* Excellent organisation skills and able to multi-task
* Driven to secure business & close opportunities
* Technically minded & able to learn new products
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Computer Literacy
* Enjoys a high paced busy environment
