This exciting opportunity to support a Business unit will involve administration support for suppliers & customers to ensure the smooth processes of purchases, sales & goods distribution.

Each day will be different:

  • Monitoring and assisting with major retailers i.e.: purchasing, shipments and online ordering
  • Setting up new products in the system
  • Producing quotations for customers
  • Assist in product selection for customers
  • Entering, updating & maintaining new orders
  • Managing suppliers and their placed orders
  • Managing departure and arrival dates for all shipments
  • Liaising with customs brokers and shipping lines
  • Liaising with all internal departments
  • Maintaining data related to product specifications including image database

  • Ability to work & communicate effectively with various teams
  • Great attention to detail & the ability to multi-task
