Interview tips
Interviews can differ so a few tips may help to get you prepared!
Research the Company. This may seem straight forward but could you answer “What do you know about us?” or “Why do you want to work for this Company?”
Review your resume and know your dates of previous employment.
Be prepared for questions that are competency based. How effectively can you answer questions such as; “What has been your biggest challenge so far?” “When did you last implement someone else’s idea?” What has been your biggest sacrifice for work?”
Dress appropriately for interview. Professional attire is usually expected.
