Interview tips
Interviews can differ so a few tips may help to get you prepared!
- Research the Company. This may seem straight forward but could you answer “What do you know about us?” or “Why do you want to work for this Company?”
- Review your resume and know your dates of previous employment.
- Be prepared for questions that are competency based. How effectively can you answer questions such as; “What has been your biggest challenge so far?” “When did you last implement someone else’s idea?” What has been your biggest sacrifice for work?”
- Dress appropriately for interview. Professional attire is usually expected.
- Know what you want and ensure you convey your message effectively
